CHARACTER INFORMATION

NAME: wallace rudolph "wally" west
CANON: young justice (animated)
AGE: 21 (canon), 22 as of a birthday while he was visiting The Flash universe
CANON POINT: "endgame" (2x20)

BACKGROUND: WIKI.
INCENTIVE:
Wally won't ask for much, aside from assurance that his friends and family will be safe and that the Reach are defeated. He's already accepted that he's given up his life to stop the chrysalis, so he'll also ask that he be allowed to stay in Eudio as long as they'll let him. That and a lifetime's supply of Chicken Whizees, please and thank you. (Sometimes mozzarella sticks just don't cut it.)

FIT:
Wally has always been kind of a ladies man, even as a kid. He's no stranger to romance (or bromance) and he's openly affectionate with his close friends and loved ones. Currently, he also had a long-term girlfriend of five years, so romance and sex come with the territory. And, now, as an adult, he has a better understanding of when people aren't interested in being flirted with and when he needs to back off (something he was too oblivious to get as a kid).

He's also friendly and talkative and he has no problem hugging or holding hands or any other forms of physical affection (or intimacy) -- he thrives on it. Eudio is sort of like a reset button for him, a chance to have a second life. And, as he was here once before, he knows the ropes of the city and has plenty of relationships to pick back up, and certainly new ones to foster.

CONSENT:
As an adult having come from a consenting, long-term relationship, Wally understands boundaries and the importance of informed consent and, especially in sexual situations, is always the first to ask if something is okay. He never wants to go too far without confirmation he and his partner are on the same page, even if it's something as mild as kissing a new partner. He knows he can be bad at reading people's feelings (even with having a Bat as best friend for seven years), so he likes to make sure he isn't reading the situation wrong before he acts (impulse control, he has it sometimes) and is always okay with taking a step back if things get too heavy too fast.

ANYTHING ELSE?
Wally is coming back to Eudio after a few months of running around the CW Flash universe after the previous Barry Allen gave him a LINKS bead to his universe, so Wally would technically have peripheral knowledge of the events of Season 2 of The Flash, up to "Trajectory" (2x16). He won't have actively participated in any of these canon events for the sake of not wanting to disrupt their universe or the timeline too much, but he will have knowledge of the people involved and what went down.

Wally would have also trained with Barry and would likely be familiar with the STAR Labs crew, but he obviously wouldn't expect anyone who didn't know him before to know him now, and he wouldn't assume any CR with The Flash cast based on the fact that he was in their universe. It might come up eventually, but for the most part, he probably wouldn't mention it to too many people unless asked -- mostly, this just gives him a way to recognize folks he may not have recognized before (or, at least, recognize them as people from The Flash universe and not his right off the bat).

No major changes to his personality would have occurred, but I would like to say that he's gotten significantly faster since training with Barry (and can now throw lightning, not that he would have any cause to do so). The rest of his time not with Barry he would have spent in Keystone, doing the vigilante thing on his own there as a nice nod to the comics and Keystone being His City.
