Wally was invited to Eudio by Representative Samantha Edgewood moments prior to his death at the hands of the Reach's MFD chrysalis. He spent six months working toward his incentive to ensure the defeat of the Reach and the safety of his friends, after which he was granted a LINKS bracelet and traveled to an alternate Barry Allen's universe to train and develop his powers.

Several months later, he returned to Eudio with a new incentive: to become a citizen of Eudio when his second contract was fulfilled. Over the course of his time in Eudio, he was able to fully process his death and reconcile with his best friend, develop multiple deep romantic relationships (while also becoming more comfortable with the fluidity of his sexuality and the idea of polyamory), reacquaint himself with being a superhero, and continue his education that was cut short by his death.

At his current pull point, he's in an established relationship with Kate Bishop (but she's totally not his girlfriend and Everything Is Fine) and has a totally casual friends-with-benefits relationship with Tommy Shepherd (that's on a highspeed train to something more real). He's still finding his emotional and romantic footing with his Dick Grayson, but they're steadily on their way to becoming an item (again).

Abilities

At a young age, Wally recreated the Flash experiment in his garage and nearly blew himself up in an attempt to gain superpowers. It's a good thing he's a metahuman! As a result of the experiment, his metagene was activated and Wally gained superspeed, though his powers are significantly more underdeveloped than the Flash's. He also possesses an accelerated metabolism which requires him to eat roughly 12x the suggested caloric intake for an active male of his age. After spending time in an alternate universe training with Barry Allen, Wally was able to develop his powers more and learn a few new tricks.

Superspeed

Max speed: Mach 2 (approx. 1534 mph); however, unlike the Flash, Wally has to accelerate and decelerate rather than being able to run at Mach 2 from the start.

Electrokinesis

Wally can generate lightning by tapping into the Speed Force and manipulate it to some extent (usually in the form of throwing it at an opponent); this power is relatively new, so there's still a bit of a learning curve.

Accelerated Healing

He heals much faster than an average human; he's also more durable than an average human.

Superhuman Reflexes

Enhanced by his speed, Wally is able to react to and dodge attacks easily. However, if caught off guard, he may not always react in time.

Tornado Generation

When he spins or runs really fast in a circle, he can generate tornadoes; he can also help reinforce the larger vortexes generated by other speedsters.

Molecular Vibration

Wally is able to vibrate his molecules in order to phase through solid objects; side effects sometimes include making those objects explode.

PART ONE: THE EUDIOING

LATE JAN 2016

ARRIVAL

Wally arrives in Eudio. He reaches out to alternate versions of his Uncle Barry and Aunt Iris, which is awkward when neither of them know who he is. He meets an alternate Dick Grayson (AK Dick) on a rooftop and maybe has a little bit of an emotional breakdown. Is contacted privately by Bruce Wayne and definitely does not freak out about it or innocuously mention the Dead Thing. Connects with Kara Danvers via Cuddlr. Talks with Peter Parker over the network about family and burgers, leading to a spontaneous 2 AM burger run.

FEB 2016

SETTLING IN

Wally confronts Bruce Wayne about Bruce and AK Dick's personal issues and lives to tell the tale. Has conversations with Bruce and Clark Kent about his death and whether or not he should tell Dick about it. Gets weirdly involved in Batfamily drama thanks to the Jasons. Celebrates Valentine's with AK Dick, gets a free lapdance from his best friend turned stripper, goes on a pizza date with Kara, connects with Kate Bishop over the network about 80s music, has breakfast with Loki at a diner. Awkwardly makes out with AK Dick at Clark's birthday party and tries not to die of embarrassment when Bruce tries to Make Jokes. Cisco helps Wally with a new suit and helps him pick a new codename. Barry reaches out to him about wanting to be part of his life.

MARCH 2016

THE BREAKUP™

Barbara Gordon arrives in the city. Barry Allen hosts the first ever annual SuperFlash Charity Race! Wally and Kate's relationship starts to get a little more serious but still mostly casual. AK Dick convinces Wally to get his ears pierced. Wally bonds with Iris over waffles and celebrates Pi Day by delivering pie to his closest friends. Accidentally adopts a puppy for AK Dick's birthday. Barry sends Wally a very specific list of All The People He's Boned and makes things super awkward. Dick Grayson (YJ Dick) from Wally's universe arrives which prompts Wally to panic and confess to AK Dick about his death before YJ Dick spills the beans for him. A horribly heartbreaking breakup ensues and AK Dick moves out, leaving Wally alone. Has a surprisingly comforting conversation with Bruce post-breakup.

APR 2016

REBOUND CITY

Wally tells YJ Dick about the breakup and donates his Kid Flash goggles to the Eudio time capsule. Kara and Wally get drunk off of Cisco's superbooze and talk about The Breakup and later Wally comforts Kara about her own kind of breakup. He and Kate take things to the next level: phone sex. Gwen Stacy convinces him to finally unmask to the city and using Genesis Project tech he shares his last memory from his universe, which not only outs him as Kid Flash but as a dead man running.

MAY 2016

MOVING ON

Wally helps Iris with preparations for her wedding to Eddie Thawne. He finally moves in with YJ Dick, continuing their slowburn romance. Awkwardly attempts to rehabilitate his friendship with AK Dick. His relationship with Kate continues steady (status: sexapalooza).

LIFE-CHANGING EVENTS

Spock swipes right on Cuddlr. THAT'S IT, THAT'S THE MONTH, WALLY'S LIFE IS OVER. He proceeds to freak out to Peter and YJ Dick about this truly awesome event. He also serves as official cameraman for Iris and Eddie's wedding. Barry leaves the city.

JUL 2016

SO LONG, FAREWELL

Wally experiments with Kara in the aphrodisiac tent at the Welcome Event (the first time they ever let their relationship slide past platonic). Shortly after, he decides he needs a break from Eudio for a few months and follows Barry to his universe using the LINKS bracelet he was granted early. Before he leaves, he goes on the farewell tour: he gives AK Dick a photo album of baby Wally pictures; he gives Peter his microscope and finally kisses him, promising a sequel when he returns; he gives Kara a necklace in the shape of the atomic structure of Krypton; he spends a night with Kate and impulsively tells her he loves her, thinking he may not have another chance to say it. He and YJ Dick finally kiss; Dick takes photographic and video evidence of this for Wally to look back on and Wally leaves him with his first souvenir from back home.

PART TWO: ELECTRIC CUDDLEOO

NOV 2016

REUNION, HO!

Wally returns to Eudio after four months in Barry's universe and ... meets another version of that Barry back in the city. Awkward. He reunites with Kate and Peter, sharing intimate moments with each of them respectively. He finds a different version of YJ Dick and now has to contend with starting over with him (again).

DEC 2016

HO HO HO

'Tis the season to tell your sort of girlfriend about your ex being in town! And to shower your ex in thoughtful and ridiculous Christmas gifts counting down the 12 Days of Wallymas! Then Tommy Shepherd enters his life and he's never the same. Gives YJ Dick the motorcycle he built for Christmas and they share a kiss. He starts to feel hopeful their relationship will go in the direction he wants it to. He even lets himself grow a beard (temporarily). He's a new man.

JAN 2017

NEW YEAR, NEW YOU

Wally spends New Year's with Kate. He enters a drag contest as Wyndi Lauper at Lando Calrissian's club Bi The Way. Gives a key to his place to Tommy and almost scares him off (but not quite). Meets a different version of Kara and is glad to find they vibe in a similar way as the Kara he knew before.

FEB 2017

CARELESS WHISPER

Wally receives a backlog of 100 texts Kate sent to him while he was gone. It fucks him up a little and makes him realize maybe he's been handling their relationship all wrong since he got back. But denial ain't just a river in Egypt. Everything's Fine! Meanwhile, he and Tommy take over ownership of a handyman business, rebranding it Distance/Time.
