[ triES TO IMPRESS HIM BY SAYING SOMETHING IN VULCAN??!?! this may or may not have been a good idea but no take backs it's done please like him spock. ]
[ Well now, this is most interesting. A historian? He never expected that, and for that, Wally is going to get a wall of text. ]
A historian, you say? I have heard there are books about Vulcan. Is that the avenue through which you taught yourself? Or another method? If it is the former, it is possible that the information you acquired was not accurate or complete. But even so, it is fascinating to find individuals who are versed in Vulcan and the culture.
[ oh god, what has he gotten himself into OH GOD ]
i mean yeah definitely a few books and uh quite a few recordings documentaries that kind of thing i'd always love to learn more though! like you said my information is probably inaccurate and very likely incomplete
[ especially considering all of his knowledge is tos!spock and, you know, this is clearly not the same spock. or maybe he is, just young and hot. WHAT DOES WALLY KNOW. teach him, sensei. ]
I did not expect to hear of documentaries. Surely they were not created by Vulcans. If you do have questions about the information you have received through ambiguous sources, I shall endeavor to correct that information.
[ Definitely not tos!Spock. Or possibly, eventually, getting there? Who knows how alternate universes work anymore. Ask all of the questions, Wally. ]

Civilized individuals do exist.
Though that :) leaves something to be desired. But that is acceptable. The important part is someone knows Vulcan.
No hand salute, but have the traditional greeting. ]
